Shipping & Returns

Some products crafted to order may take a little longer as there are many

elements involved in individual products.

I currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, North America & Canada, South

America, UK, Ireland, Europe & Asia.

My orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking number to ensure your
order arrives safely. Our continent is vast so delivery times may vary. On
average national orders are delivered within 5 business days. Overseas

shipping times vary.

As you, my customer, is responsible for ensuring all shipping addresses are
accurate. If you order has been despatched to an old address, lost or in need
of being reshipped will be done so at the customers’ expense.

International Shipping

At present I accept orders from New Zealand, North America, Canada, South
America, UK, Ireland, Europe and Asia. Please contact me for further

information regarding other countries’ destinations. International customers
are responsible for their end country’s customs regulations and import taxes.
