LORE:                                                                                                                            Renowned as a herb of bravery, energy, activity. Scottish highlanders drank thyme tea infusions for strength, courage and to prevent nightmares. 
In Wales thyme was planted on a grave. 
At Midsummer the King of the Faeries danced on thyme beds. To drink thyme tea assists in seeing faeries. 

RECIPE:  WARRIOR’S CUP

1/2 oz borage   1/2 oz thyme  Boiling water 

Infuse for 15 mins, strain and drink. 

MAGICKAL USES:                           

An infusion is used to cleanse and protect a working area. Add to bath and cleansing incenses. 
Add to charm bags to ward off negativity and evil.

Add to food to uplift and call back fun.
